Gaming should be a source of fun, not stress. 9997bet believes every player deserves a safe and healthy gaming experience. We provide responsible gaming tools, limit-setting options, and support services on our platform so you always stay in control.
Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits will be allowed until it resets.
Set a maximum playtime per session. When the time is up, the system will prompt you to take a break and can auto log-out if needed.
If you feel like you need a break, you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. You will not be able to log in during this period.
For a longer break, you can activate self-exclusion for anywhere from 6 months to 5 years. Your account will be completely inactive for the entire duration.
View a complete record of the time, spending, and outcomes for every session. Stay aware of your own habits.
Our support team is always available for any gaming-related concerns. Helping you confidentially is our responsibility.
Responsible gaming means enjoying gaming as entertainment — never as a primary goal or a way to earn money. At 9997bet, we always say: keep gaming fun, not a burden. Online gaming only becomes a problem when it spirals out of control and starts to negatively affect your family, work, or finances.
Responsible gaming rests on three pillars: managing your time, setting financial limits, and staying aware of your mental state. The 9997bet platform provides dedicated tools and features to support users in all three areas.
Remember, responsible gaming doesn't mean you can't enjoy yourself. It simply means keeping gaming from interfering with the other important areas of your life. A responsible gamer knows when to stop, how much to spend, and that gaming is purely for entertainment.
At 9997bet, responsible gaming is more than a policy — it's a core value built into every feature and decision we make.
Gaming addiction often develops gradually and can be difficult to recognize at first. If you notice the following signs, it's important to take them seriously. If two or more apply to you, pause and seek help.
If any of the above signs apply to you, contact 9997bet support immediately or activate self-exclusion. Asking for help is not a weakness — it takes courage.
